4K ONLINE ENROLLMENT for the 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR begins January 2024!!

Online Enrollment Process:

1. Complete online enrollment, either you are considered a new family or existing family.
2. Bring immunization and birth certificate documentation to the Pupil Services office located at 402 W. Sumner Street if you haven't submitted them during the online enrollment process.

New Families:

(For families that are new to the district and do NOT have a Family Access login)

• A personal email account is required
• Your login and password for online enrollment will be sent to your email address.
• The email will be sent from do_not_reply[at]hartfordjt1.k12.wi[dot]us.  If you use SPAM filtering, you may need to add this address as a valid recipient.
• If your email account has a built in "SPAM" folder, please check this folder if you do not receive the email message with your account details.

Existing Families:

(For families that have students currently attending our District)

• You will log in to Family Access using your existing Family Access account.
• If you do not have your Family Access account information, please contact Pupil Services at: (262) 673-8042
• After logging into Family Access, choose "New Student Online Enrollment" on the upper left-hand side of the page.
