4K Online Enrollment for the 2025-2026 School Year begins January 2025!! 

Online Enrollment Process:

1. Complete online enrollment, either you are considered a new family or existing family.
2. If you haven’t submitted your immunization and birth certificate documentation during the online enrollment process, please bring them to the Pupil Services office at 402 W. Sumner Street during the 4K screening in May.

New Families:

(For families that are new to the district and do NOT have a Family Access login)

A personal email account is required. Your login and password for online enrollment will be sent to your email address. This email will be sent from no-reply[at]hjt1[dot]org. If you use SPAM filtering, you may need to add this address as a valid recipient. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the email with your account details.

New Student Online Enrollment

Existing Families:

(For families that have students currently attending our District)

Log in to Family Access using your existing account. If you do not have your Family Access account information, please contact Pupil Services at (262) 673-8042.

Once logged in, select “New Student Online Enrollment” on the upper left side of the page.
