We look forward to welcoming students and staff back to school on August 26th. Please review the important details for the upcoming school year below!

 

In preparation for Back to School, some important reminders and information are listed and linked below.

  • District Calendar: Mark your calendars with the 2024-25 school year dates!
  • District & School Communications: Our district uses ParentSquare for direct school-to-home communication. More information regarding ParentSquare is found HERE. Letters to families and District newsletters may also be found on the HJT1 website HERE.
  • Teacher Assignments & Class Schedules: Teacher assignments and schedules for grades 4K-8 are accessible in your child’s Skyward Family Access.
  • Bus Information
  • Food Service Information: Find information on menus, free/reduced meals, payments and meal prices.

    Does your child still need to take a school picture? Families have the opportunity to have school pictures taken during Family Nights in September: 
     Central - Sept. 16
     Lincoln - Sept. 18
     Rossman - Sept. 19
    Additionally, a picture retake day will also be scheduled this fall and shared with families once it is set.

    ORDER PICTURES ONLINE – Use the drop-down menu to select “Hartford Schools.” Some paper order forms will be available on the picture days. Families may pay with exact cash or checks are also accepted.

     

    Come attend Open House on the designated dates! Meet the teacher(s), bring school supplies and tour the building.
